Fotos von Kunstwerken und Urheberrecht
Man verkauft ja meistens nur das Kunstwerk und nicht die gesamten Nutzungsechte.
Das Urheberrecht verbleibt beim Künstler, denn das braucht er um die Kunstwerke zu vervielfältigen, zu verbreiten oder das Bildmaterial weiter zu verwenden.
Daran habe ich früher nie gedacht. Ich finde es so schade, dass ich von vielen Gemälden gar kein bzw. kein gutes Foto habe.
Heute teile ich mit euch zwei ältere Kunstwerke aus meiner Fotosammlung.
Die Fotos sind teilweise von schlechter Qualität, aber ich bin froh, dass ich wenigstens diese habe.
Before selling an original artwork, it is recommendable to take some good pictures of it.
I usually sell only the artwork and not the entire use rights.
The rights remain with the artist, because he needs to reproduce the artwork, to distribute or to to use the image material.
I never thought of that before. I think it's so sad that I have no or no good pictures of my earlier paintings.
Today I share with you two earlier artworks from my photo collection. The photos are of poor quality, but at least I am happy that I have these.
